Alma Rosé Assemblage is an elegant Extra Brut sparkling rosé wine from the Bellavista winery, composed of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards on the estate, with an average age of 27-28 years
The grapes are harvested by hand between late August and early September, and the free-run must is extracted through gentle pressing.
The wine ages on the lees for approximately 30 months, with a portion of the wine aged in oak barrels to enhance its complexity.
Tirage is scheduled for June, and the riddling is performed manually, enhancing the wine's sensory quality.
A luminous antique rose in color, it is distinguished by a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose offers delicate notes of orange blossom and candied citrus.
On the palate, it is fresh and fragrant, with a pleasant breadth and a perfect balance between acidity and minerality, and a crystalline and long finish.
