“Gold” Champagne Brut is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The cuvée comprises three vintages from vineyards located in the most representative areas of the French region, representing the best of the terroir.
The grape selection is based on long-standing experience and ongoing research into the various grape varieties.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in wood, while the wine ages on the fine lees in wood, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine ages on the lees for at least 36 months.
Once poured into the glass, the aromas released are intense and remarkably full.
Hints of yellow fruit, especially peach and apricot, blend with those of candied citrus, interspersed with orange blossom and vanilla, with a finish that intertwines honey and brioche, lending complexity to the bouquet.
On the palate it is soft and creamy, silky and intense, dotted with fruity sparkles that recall the previously identified aromas.
